Initial Comments:
A follow-up survey conducted on January 19, 2022 found that Home Instead Senior Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced, on-site state re-licensure survey completed on November 10, 2021.
